A retail business with several outlets within Southern Australia with a total number of sixty five staff, discussed options of moving forward to up skill their permanent staff by using Excel Recruitment and Training's Registered Training Organisation and utilising the various incentives provided by the government.

After discussing the business fundamentals (staff numbers, current staff qualifications, timings, certificates on the RTO's scope, salaries, workcover levy's, payroll tax) Excel Recruitment and Training were able to package  a detailed and integrated training program to up skill the current work force over a two year period with a significant benefit to their bottom line.
