Excel Recruitment's Framework for Quality Assurance is based on the Plan-Implement-Review-Improve (PIRI) model of quality assurance and improvement and consists of the following linked elements:

  • A systematic and timely planning and review cycle
  • Budget that supports the implementation
  • Regular Review processes in which action plans are produced
  • Regular external professional third party endorsement of our systems
  • Routine evaluation of our service provision and feedback from employer stakeholders
  • Review of progress against targets incorporated into annual performance reviews of senior managers
  • Staff performance appraisals
