Wendy-Jayne Williams - Chief Executive Officer; has been a pioneer within the employment services industry for the last 25 years.
Excel Recruitment was established by Wendy, to support its parent company, Jobs Statewide. Since its introduction in Adelaide in 1998, Wendy has had a long term vision for Excel Recruitment.
Wendy believes that being flexible and able to adapt quickly keeps Excel Recruitment one step ahead of the competition and allows her to make the best use of business and economic situations. Wendy remains involved in all aspects of the business and takes a personal interest in clients, her managers and staff individually, as well as the organisation as a whole. This ensures information and intellectual property are integrated throughout Excel Recruitment for opportunities to be maximised by all stakeholders.

Pam Hewett - General Manager; with 23 years experience, Pam has a sound reputation as a highly experienced and professional recruitment Manager.
Pam has worked for some of the largest recruitment companies in Australia, at senior levels and has developed and implemented recruitment services to industry sectors including commonwealth, state and local government, ASX listed and small to medium business.
Pam's ethos is to partner with her business clients and assist them in determining the 'right' recruitment solutions for their business.
Under Pam's direction, management experience and innovative outlook, Excel Recruitment continues to position itself as a diverse, customer focussed, recruitment provider to many major organisations as well as small to medium companies.
Nigel Smart - National Sales and Marketing Manager; has a varied and expansive history that includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Business Administration, not to mention an illustrious career with the Adelaide Football Club, firstly as a key player and currently as Deputy Chair on the Board of Directors.
Nigel’s experience includes performing in senior management roles for national brewing and motor vehicle corporations. Just prior to commencing with Excel Recruitment, Nigel was the National Business Development Manager for a not for profit charity, whose role it is to facilitate the provision of employment for people with a disability.
As Excel Recruitment’s National Sales and Marketing Manager, Nigel oversees the business development function, which involves working with our clients to create additional value.
Andrew McInerney - Chief Financial Officer; is responsible for all financial services throughout the Excel businesses. Andrew uses a balanced score card approach to measure business performance and identify gaps in capabilities. He is CPA Qualified with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of SA and uses his financial skills in assisting to add value to the overall business.
Andrew has developed strong commercial, strategic and analytical skills from working in the manufacturing, retail and service industries over the past decade and offers assistance to our Excel teams in costing models to ensure accuracy,performance monitoring reporting to senior management and the analysis of financial data to support recommendations.
Vicki Snare - National Operations Manager; has a 20 year history of growing recruitment businesses, as well as establishing and auditing operational systems and Standard Operating Procedures.
With over a decade of extensive recruitment experience in commercial, industrial, temporary placements, permanent placements and executive recruiting, Vicki is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable team member. Follow up and client servicing along with a strong technical background, ensures Vicki keeps up to date with industrial relations, awards, and industry changes.
Michael Tapscott - Corporate Services Manager; with 16 years experience helping corporate, government and business clients across Australia, to attract, recognise, develop and retain some of the best talent in the country. With national experience in managing people and performance across a variety of industries, Michael has developed, implemented and reviewed successful solutions and teams for Australia’s leading organisations.
As a specialist in executive recruitment and renowned for representing high quality senior roles in leading business, Michael knows how to find the right people to meet our client’s needs whilst providing the highest possible levels of service.
Tony Taylor - Organisational Development Manager; has over 18 years of industry experience in employment and recruitment services and training. Tony has managed workplace based training programs, coordinated on the job traineeship programs and has over a decade of experience in managing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations.
Along with his extensive and intensive understanding of the recruitment industry, Tony has a list of qualifications that includes Graduate Certificate of Education (Workplace Training), Diploma Training and Assessment Systems and Certificate IV OH&S Management. Tony is also instrumental in developing organisational reporting and quality systems.
